K*TMAROKKAAN: Yousra emerged from a restrictive Moroccan upbringing, crafting a false family persona to navigate diverse daily settings, stirring both confusion and strength. Her identity weaves through four conflicting “worlds” as a Moroccan woman: sensual lingerie against parental modesty, Berber goat skin traditions, and Dutch-imposed stereotypes. With an artful fusion, Yousra embraces these contrasts, melding not only concepts but also harsh textures with delicate fabrics, creating a dynamic tension.
