Eva Marie-Louise Vos, graduated from Willem de Kooning Academy, was selected by the Dutch jury to participate in Lichting 2023.

BIMBO FROM 010: Within the queer techno scene, Eva found a place to redefine her identity. These spaces allowed her to freely express her hyper feminine side, inspiring a collection based on her experiences. As her creative process deepened, her collection evolved into an aesthetic she described as ‘bimbo-like.’ While historically ‘Bimbo’ carried derogatory connotations, Eva’s collection celebrates hyper femininity, challenging stereotypes and embracing feminine power on her own terms.
