My graduation project comes from a place where dreams and reality merge. From the little lichens growing on the trees to the fables I grew up with. When we make categorical distinctions between nature and culture, animal and human, organic and artificial, we fail to grasp how worlds of living and dying are woven together. My collection is an amalgamation, the outcome of dissolving the individual, and embracing the collective. By growing together instead of separate species, we can learn through our new relationship about ourselves, and the environment we co-exist within. We become nutrition and fuel for each other.
