Raïssa Verhaeghe holds a master in law and MBA in international business management. She started her career in fashion by building up the company of the Belgian designer Veronique Branquinho from the early start and continued this for almost 10 years.
She still looks upon this experience as one of the most valuable as this has given her profound knowledge on all aspects in the creative and fashion industry process.
A holding a key management position at BVBA 32 for about 4 years (the company behind Ann Demeulemeester and Haider Ackermann), she sets up her own company “raver” and consults on brand- and business development, contracts in the creative industry; works on start-ups and repositioning, but also on operational issues in fashion companies.
A the international development of the Belgian luxury leather goods house Delvaux on wholesale and retail level, was one of her recent accomplishments.
Her drive for the industry comes from a sincere passion and interest in creativity, design and esthetics.
She sits on advisory boards, in board of directors of A.F. Vandevorst and Christian Wijnants, guest lectures at Polimoda and coaches students.
