When and why did you decide to study Fashion?

I was 16 years old and I dreamed to make clothing with overwhelmingly Scottish tartan decorated with lots of studs. That was the first time I began customizing and creating my own garments and I really wanted to learn how to do this in a proper way. The decision was obvious, go and study fashion.

What is your opinion about Lichting?

It is an amazing platform where you are able to present yourself to the fashion world. You get the chance to show your work as a junior to the professionals in the fashion industry. Also meeting other graduates from other fashion schools is very interesting and inspiring. Lichting really gives you the chance to expand your network and shows you in a very short time how it goes in the real business.

What will be your next step after graduation?

My next step after graduation is not clear yet. I am now mainly focusing on the Lichting and on some competitions. Setting up my own lingerie label is my biggest dream, but at this moment I am still open to different possibilities and I hope to surprise myself with what I’m going to do eventually.
